Great review and comparison.
For me, the DW6900 wins for the 24hr Chrono, 24hr timer, repeat timer and the ability to use chrono and timer while still being able to see the current time.
Everybody has their preferences.

Grew up in 90's
For me,the big chunky out of the place middle button for the backlight is a must
So 6900 for me
